Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including but not <br /> limited to the Board of Health, Conservation Department, and Building Commissioner <br /> comments, as well as comments from Matthew Haney. <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6. The Board finds and determines under §174-17 and §174-33 that the proposed project is <br /> not substantially more detrimental than the pre-existing,nonconforming structure or use to <br /> either the Town or the neighborhood, that there is sufficient parking, and there are no new <br /> non-conformities being created. <br /> 7. Gangemi, Trustee of the 81 Echo Road Realty Trust). (Continued <br /> from June 12, 2024 hearings). <br /> This hearing was continued to afford the applicant time to provide peer review recommendations <br /> for the Board. <br /> Attorney David Lawler represented the applicants for their request for a Special Permit located <br /> at 77 Echo Road. The hearing was continued from June 12, 2024 at the request of the Board <br /> requiring a peer review of the proposed contractor's yard. The site plan was revised and submitted <br /> along with Pesce Engineering's recommendations. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for any comments to be read into the record. The Board determined that <br /> most comments from the departments were read into the record at the last hearing. <br /> 4 <br />
