Furthermore, the mitigation must be accompanied by a signed three- <br /> year monitoring and maintenance contract. <br /> ➢ Board of Health: Design plan for new I/A system with UV disinfection has been <br /> approved by the Health Dept. On May 15, 2024, the BOH approved variance requests <br /> that would allow the existing cottage to be temporarily occupied and tied-in to the newly <br /> constructed system, until the proposed new 4-bedroom dwelling and 2-bedroom ADU <br /> can be constructed and tied-in. <br /> ➢ Building: ZBA hearing on August 14, 2024. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Cook to close and issue with the condition that a planting plan be provided <br /> to show native vegetation not lawn between the cottage and pond and to work with staff on the <br /> details. In addition, a revised plan must be submitted prior to the signing of the demolition <br /> permits.
