The agent recommends that the applicant <br /> submit the same Notice of Intent (NOI) and make modifications with an <br /> addendum if necessary. The Commission is advised to focus the discussion on the <br /> rationale for their determination and is not prohibited from discussing prior topics <br /> or new discussions. The main rationales discussed include the absence of a waiver <br /> requested for setbacks in critical erosion areas, the size of impervious surfaces, <br /> and compensatory flood storage. The Commission will inform the applicant of the <br /> information they would like to see at the remand hearing. All protocols for the <br /> remand remain the same as for a new application.
