It is proposed to make this a <br /> condition. <br /> • Q: Why does the grade need to be built up? <br /> o A: The grade needs to be built up to bring the dwelling to the appropriate <br /> elevation for the flood zone and to grade it out naturally to prevent erosion and <br /> slow stormwater flow. The Commissioner has expressed concern about the fill <br /> being brought in. <br /> • Q: Have there been any changes to the dwelling's square footage? <br /> 5 <br />
