�� ° '��'��•,� Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> ���A'Yanruw x{0�`��wa <br /> ra�ay <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY,JULY 24, 2024 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North.Chairman, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, Jonathan Furbush, Scott Goldstein, and <br /> Associate Members, Charles Reidy and Robert Caggiano. Also present was Building <br /> Commissioner, David Morris. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 37 Amy Brown Road: Owner, Bryan W. Anderson requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1, <br /> §174-17, and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family <br /> structure, and replace it with a new single-family residential structure, and a detached garage <br /> located in the R-3 Zoning District, Map 109, Parcel 4, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from May 22, <br /> 2024, and July 10, 2024 hearings). <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane filed a letter requesting a continuance of this hearing until August <br /> 14, 2024 because he is waiting for the architectural plans from the architect. <br /> Mr. Reidy read the continuance request letter dated July 19, 2024 into the record requesting the <br /> hearing be continued to Wednesday, August 14, 2024. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked Attorney Kirrane for confirmation that August 14, 2024 is fine. <br /> Otherwise it will be removed. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board accept the August 14, 2024 continuance date of this <br /> hearing. Mr. Furbush second. All were in favor. <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 14 Wa2s Road: Petitioner, David Hirsch, with E.J. Prescott, Inc. (EJP) requests a Modification <br /> under §174-24 (C) (2), §174-25 (G) (6) of the Zoning Bylaws and the existing Special Permit(s), <br /> (SP-2020-56), (SP-04-26) for a change of use to wholesale sales with indoor and outdoor storage <br /> of water works materials on property located in the I-1, C-1, and R3 Zoning District(s), Map 81, <br /> Parcel 6, Mashpee, MA.
