MEETING MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> WEDNESDAY,JULY 24, 2024 <br /> Mr. Reidy read the Board of Health comments dated July 23, 2024 into the record; "No increase <br /> in habitable space no comment. " Conservation Department comments dated July 17, 2024; <br /> "Resource Areas: Buffer zone to Coastal Bank. Requestfor Determination of Applicability (RDA) <br /> permit application for construction offarmer's porch on front of dwelling received a unanimous <br /> vote for negative determination. Farmers porch is proposed in existing gravel driveway layout <br /> with mitigation plantings at 2:1 ratio will increase native plantings in the buffer zone to the <br /> resource area. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. Mr. Morris has no issues. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to close the public hearing. Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to 87 Lighthouse Lane with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
