Owner of record: Chapter Closed, LLC. <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee, on February 16, 2024 and February 23, 2024 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, March 13, <br /> 2024 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout; Chairman, Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, William A. Blaisdell, <br /> Jonathan Furbush, and Scott Goldstein. Also present was David Morris, Building Commissioner. <br /> Mr. Mark Connolly, Owner and Operator of the proposed business Fastsigns. Also present was <br /> Kevin with Commercial Realty Advisors, Charles Fontane, CEF Builders, Michel Enos, <br /> Production Manager, and Attorney, Christopher Kirrane who represents Nick Pastore, Owner of <br /> the property. <br /> Mr. Connolly introduced himself to the Board and stated he is leasing Unit 1 that consists of <br /> approximately 1,750 sq. ft. of the existing building located at 40 Evergreen Circle. He attended <br /> the Plan Review and Design Review meeting, and received approval from Design Review for a 20 <br /> sq. ft. exterior sign on the building unit,and approval by the Plan Review. He stated he has already <br /> received over twenty (20) leads for the business, and has other opportunities within the Town. <br /> 1 <br />
