MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION TO SPECIAL PERMIT(S) <br /> Petitioner, Mark Connolly, d/b/a Fastsigns <br /> Owner of record: Chapter Closed, LLC <br /> 40 Evergreen Circle, Unit 1, Map 19, Parcel 10-4 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> (SP-2021-34; SP-2023-28) <br /> SP-2024-11 <br /> Chairman Bonvie stated that he will review the recommendations if a motion is made submitted <br /> by the Plan Review Committee dated January 16, 2024, Fire Department comments, and no more <br /> than four employees per Board of Health. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, March 13, 2024,the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Modification to Petitioner,Mark Connolly, <br /> (change of use) under §174-25 G (5) of the Zoning Bylaws to existing Special Permits, SP-2021- <br /> 34; SP-2023-28 to allow for a graphic design/sign business, d/b/a Fastsigns, on property located <br /> in the I-1 and Light Industrial Overlay Districts, at 40 Evergreen Circle, Unit 1, Map 19, Parcel <br /> 10-4, Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Chapter Closed, LLC with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> Modification under §174-25 G (5) of the Zoning Bylaws, and Mass General Law 40A <br /> Section 9. <br /> 2. Existing Building Interior Fit-out —40 Evergreen Circle, Unit 1, Fastsigns, Construction <br /> Manager: RJP Consulting Group, Architect: John Lister Architects, Drawing Index: T-1: <br /> Cover Sheet, A-1: Equipment Plan,A-2: Construction Plan, A-3: Details, A-4: Elevations <br /> and Sections, A-5: Reflected Ceiling Plan, A-6: Outlet Locations, A-7: Finish Plans. <br /> 3. Conditioned on the recommendations submitted and contained by the Plan Review <br /> Committee at their meeting dated January 16. 2024. <br /> 4. Conditioned upon final approval by the Mashpee Fire Department relative to the fire safety <br /> obligations and requirements. <br /> 5.
