MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT MODIFICATION(SP-2021-50) <br /> Owner, Jeanne Scioli <br /> 5 Clamshell Lane (Map 119, Parcel 66) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2024-17 <br /> The Conservation Department comments dated April 22, 2024 were read into the record; "This <br /> project was issued an order of conditions from the Conservation Commission on 711312021. The <br /> order was recently requested to be extended for an additional three years. Orders are now valid <br /> up to July 13, 2027. " <br /> The Board of Health comments dated April 22, 2024 were read into the record: "The existing <br /> dwelling is a three bedroom but four primary bedrooms are proposed. Floor plans have been <br /> reviewed and are compliant for four bedrooms. A new septic is proposed for four bedrooms. The <br /> proposed septic is complaint for four bedrooms. A Mashpee licensed septic installer shall obtain <br /> a permit to install the septic prior to issuance of the Building Permit. Septic Plan was approved <br /> 07101121 for conventional system, if'there are changes in plan then new septic would have to meet <br /> today's standards of IIA technology. " <br /> The Board requested and conditioned revised comments from the Board of Health Agent as part <br /> of this Decision, and was acknowledged. <br /> The Board received a revised comment dated April 25, 2024 from the Board of Health as noted; <br /> "The existing dwelling is a three bedroom but four primary bedrooms are proposed. The Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals issues a Modification to an existing Special Permit(SP-2021-50),to Owner,Jeanne Scioli <br /> under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing, non-conforming single <br /> family structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 119,Parcel 66,Mashpee,MA, <br /> approving the extension of the Special Permit up to an including October 20, 2027. <br /> 2 <br />
