Chairman, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, William Blaisdell, Jonathan Furbush, Scott Goldstein, and <br /> Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, Charles Reidy, and Michael Milbmy. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 4 Wilsons Grove: Owner, Bradford L. Crosby, Trustee of the Bradford L. Crosby Family Trust <br /> requests a Written Finding under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a deck <br /> extension, and alteration to a pre-existing, nonconforming dwelling on property located in an R-3 <br /> Zoning District and the Popponesset Overlay District, Map 118, Parcel 66, Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Continued from July 10, 2024 hearings. Applicant signed a withdrawal of the application). <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the applicant's withdrawal without prejudice. Mr. <br /> Blaisdell, so moved. Mr. Furbush, second. All were in favor to accept the withdrawal. <br /> 37 Amv Brown Road: Owner, Bryan W. Anderson requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1, <br /> §174-17, and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family <br /> structure, and replace it with a new single-family residential structure, and a detached garage <br /> located in the R-3 Zoning District, Map 109, Parcel 4, Mashpee, MA. (Continued from May 22, <br /> July 10, and July 24, 2024 hearings at the request of the Attorney). <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the four regular Board members and Mr. Ganzenmuller. The Chair <br /> explained to the Board that they would require to have read the minutes from the previous hearing <br /> and be familiar with the application in order to vote. <br /> Chairman Bonvie mentioned for the record that all application must have the required <br /> documentation in order to be accepted for a scheduled hearing date. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the homeowner for the raze and replace application. The <br /> home is being torn down except for the foundation, and there is some expansion to the new <br /> dwelling than what currently exists. The home is located in the R-3 Zoning District which requires <br /> current-day zoning requirements, and 50 ft. setback from wetlands. There are three <br /> nonconformities. <br />
