MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 14, 2024 <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners, Samuel Peter Delois <br /> and Patricia Jean Delois under §174-17.1 and §174-33 at 4 Pond St., Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> l. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Prepared for Sam Delois, 4 Pond Street, Mashpee, MA. Date: June 6, 2024, <br /> Sheet No.: C2.0, Scale: 1" = 10', 6/24/2024: Architectural Information, Prepared by: <br /> Baxter Nye Engineering, Stamped and signed by: Matthew Eddy, PE,No.: 43183. <br /> 3. Floor Plans—Prepared for Delois,4 Pond Street,Mashpee,MA.Date: June 14,2024,Al.1: <br /> First Floor Plan, Second Floor Plan,A2.1: Elevations,A2.2: Elevations.Prepared by: HPA <br /> Design, Inc. Architects. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including but not <br /> limited to the Board of Health and Conservation Department comments. <br /> 5. (Continued front July 24, 2024 hearings). <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the four regular Board members and Associate Member, Mr. Reidy. <br /> 5 <br />
