Reduction of up to 25% of disposal area design requirement (310 <br />CMR15.405(1)(c) <br />Required by town Variance <br />330 GPD 296D <br />Approximately a 10.3% reduction. <br /> <br /> Note: Homeowner intends to connect to town sewer and abandon the leaching field. <br /> <br />o Reasoning for request: Septic system has failed. After purchasing the <br />property the homeowner was informed the back lot was not included in the <br />purchase/deed.
