Reduction of setback to property line (310 CMR 15.405(1)(a) <br />Required by town Variance <br />10ft 7.5ft <br />2. Reduction of system setback from foundation wall (310 CMR <br />15.405(1)(b) <br />Required by town Variance <br />20ft 12ft <br />3. Reduction of up to 25% of disposal area design requirement (310 <br />CMR15.405(1)(c) <br />Required by town Variance <br />330 GPD 296D <br />Approximately a 10.3% reduction. <br /> <br /> Note: Homeowner intends to connect to town sewer and abandon the leaching field. <br /> <br />o Reasoning for request: Septic system has failed. After purchasing the <br />property the homeowner was informed the back lot was not included in the <br />purchase/deed. Upon investigation, the homeowner discovered the rear lot <br />had been foreclosed on, resulting in the need for a variance. <br />o The previous owners have been notified via certified mail. <br /> <br /> There were no comments from members or the public. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
