Motion made by Mr. Livingston to approve the variance for 287 Falmouth Road. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Virgilio. <br /> Roll Call: Mr. Livingston (Yes), Mr. Virgilio (Yes). <br /> <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Documents provided: Public hearing/Variance request form (2 pgs.); KBM Design Group, Septic <br />Plans (2 pgs.). <br /> <br />2. 7 Warwick Way, Gary Guidi <br />o The septic system has failed, and due to the property being located in <br />Phase II of the Mashpee Clean Water (Sewer) Plan, the homeowner is <br />requesting a variance from requiring an I/A septic system upgrade. <br />o The property is within 1000ft of the wetland resource area (approx. 450ft). <br />o Wastewater Management Superintendent letter provided. <br /> <br /> There were no comments from members or the public. <br /> <br />AGENT COMMENTS <br /> <br /> The property reportedly has a failed septic system, and before the purchase, a letter from <br />the town was required to guarantee that the property would remain uninhabitable. The property is <br />currently undergoing renovations and is located within phase 2 of the Mashpee Clean Water <br />(Sewer) area. The Agent mentioned that they don’t foresee any problems with the old system <br />being removed within the same timeframe it would take for the new system to be operational. <br />The property is situated approximately 400 to 500 feet from a small kettle pond. <br /> <br />Motion made by Mr. Livingston to approve the variance for 7 Warwick Way. The tank is an H10 septic tank and should not bear any load on <br />top. A camera inspection showed no cracks inside the tank or any structural issues. <br />Recommendations were made for the Sullivans to obtain a letter from a professional stating that <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
