MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 28, 2024 <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked if any of the building that exists now has any pre-existing,nonconforming <br /> situations, and if there were any new nonconformities being created. Mr. Cayer said; "No". <br /> Chairman Bonvie wanted to confirm that the new construction on the lot become conforming. Mr. <br /> Cayer said; "Yes". <br /> Mr. Cayer said that the existing tennis court will remain. <br /> Mr. Morris mentioned that the 900 sq. ft. ADU is allowed,however,the basement and attic should <br /> be non-habitable space, i.e., no heat. <br /> Mr. Milbury asked if the ADU will be rented. Mr. Cayer said not at this time. <br /> There were no more Board questions, and no questions from the audience. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush made a motion to <br /> close the public hearing. Ms. Sangeleer, second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to Owners of Record: Steven K. <br /> Cayer and Allison E. Cayer at 71 Hooppole Road with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2.
