If they want to post a sign, the applicant knows <br /> they will require sign permits. <br /> Karen Faulkner, Planning Board <br /> Ms. Faulkner mentioned under Section 174-25 (G) (13) that storage pods and alike are <br /> not permitted. Mr. Lizardi stated that other similar sites have been permitted by the ZBA. <br /> Ms. Faulkner mentioned that there is a tree bylaw in effect. Mr. Lizardi stated that the <br /> applicant purchased the property prior to the bylaw, and they proceeded with the clearing <br /> of the lot. Mr. Lizardi stated that the trees were removed about two weeks ago. <br /> Ron Bonvie, Chair, Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Mr. Bonvie has concerns regarding hydraulic fluid from contractor's trucks or other <br /> machinery leaking into the ground water. He asked Mr. Lizardi what will be the protection <br /> in this Zone 2. <br /> Mr. Lizardi stated that mechanical repair work is not allowed. Mr. Lizardi there can be a <br /> condition that proper steps can be taken to clean up that soil or the gravel that has been <br /> contaminated can be dug out, tested, an proven to be clean, and then restored. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a gravel based spec. Mr. Lizardi stated that the spec. is located in <br /> the middle of the site plan that is only for the entrance of the driveway. Mr. Bonvie asked <br /> for the yard area spec, and is it base or sub-based. Mr. Lizardi said that everything in the <br /> yard will be gravel which is a combination of crushed stone and sand. Mr. Bonvie wants <br /> this information on the site plan. <br /> Mr. Bonvie has concerns with the gravel base for the protection of the Zone 2 aquafer. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked what the plan would be if utilities are installed 2-years from now. Mr. <br /> Lizardi said if the service is for a building, than yes for any required permitting. But for <br /> now there is no building proposed. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked if the 100-yr. storm is based on DEP standards. Mr. Lizardi stated that <br /> the DEP standards are included in the application. Mr. Bonvie asked for the maintenance <br /> (O&M) form. Mr. Bonvie would rather see an asphalt base that has an entrapment area <br /> that could be cleaned and maintained. Mr. Lizardi said that Standard # 10 is included in <br /> the Storm Water Report. Mr. Bonvie is concerned that no one takes responsibility to <br /> maintain these sites. <br /> Karen Faulkner, Planning Board <br /> Mr. Faulkner asked who will be using this contractor yard.
