Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM by Jill Allen,Chair. <br /> A quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Mary LeClair, <br /> Kevin Shackett, Lisa Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Election of Officers: Mr. Klein moved to elect Jill Allen as Chairperson, seconded by <br /> Ms. LeClair. Motion carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Allen moved to elect Mary LeClair <br /> as Vice Chairperson, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion carried. 5-Ayes, 0-Nays.
