Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn reported that the Asher's Path <br /> Capital Needs Assessment(CNA)has been scheduled. <br /> 7. Other Business: Mr. Klein shared an article from the July 7, 2024, edition of the Boston <br /> Globe, regarding how evictions affect people both emotionally and physically. Ms. Conn <br /> reported that the housing authority does not take evictions lightly,this is partially why they <br /> applied for the Resident Services Coordinator(RSC) grant last year. The RSC helps work <br /> with residents early on to assist in preventing evictions by connecting the to local <br /> resources and by helping the to follow their lease agreement. <br /> 8. tC-orrespondence/Communications: Ms. Meizinger discussed a grant program offered by <br /> First Citizens Federal Credit Union, available to any qualified applicants regardless of if <br /> they are a bank customer or not. <br /> 9.
