4. Executive Director's Report & Updates: Ms. Conn reported that there are six residents <br /> with late rents, with two from Breezy Acres, and four from Homeyer Village, staff are <br /> working to collect,two of the are in court proceedings. There is one vacancy at Homeyer, <br /> a capital improvement plan revision will be submitted. There is one vacancy at Asher's <br /> Path that will be leased up early next week. Ms. Conn reviewed project 172052 Breezy <br /> Way Roofs, Siding, Windows Change Order (C/O) #2 in the amount of $1,251.64 for <br /> downspouts and louvre blocking at building eleven. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve <br /> C/O #2 in the amount of $1,251.64 as presented, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion <br /> carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn reviewed the Certificate of Substantial Completion <br /> including C/0's#1 &2. Ms.Meizinger moved to approve the Certificate of Substantial <br /> Completion, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn <br /> reviewed Vacant Unit Turnover #19 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Revision. Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the CIP Revision for Vacancy Turnover Homeyer <br /> Village #19, seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Mr. Klein will <br /> initiate a connection with Donna Buckley of the Barnstable County Sherriff s Office, to <br /> contact the Executive Director regarding the vacancy turnover program. <br /> 5. Old Business: Mr. Klein reported that the Community Preservation Committee (CPC} is <br /> at a standstill with the Pickerel Cove parcel with the offer of$2.8 million. He also reported <br /> on a gooseberry island project, and a 7-acre parcel off John's Pond with four two-bedroom <br /> apartments with Jamie Reagan at 475 route 151, for green space and emergency housing. <br /> The CPC meets the 2 nd Thursday of the month at To all. Ms. Conn is still following <br /> up on 950 Falmouth Road. <br /> 6. New Business: The board reviewed the Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP)Engagement <br /> Letter from Gary L. ePace CPA, PC with the Mashpee Housing Authority for FYE <br /> 6/30/2024. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the AUP engagement letter with Gary <br /> L. DePace CPA, PC and authorize the Executive Director to execute and manage <br /> the contract, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The board <br /> then reviewed the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) <br /> Contract for Financial Assistance (CFA) 5001 Amendment 11 in the amount of <br /> $538,805.00. Mr. Klein moved to approve EOHLC CFA 5001 Amendment#11 in <br /> the amount of$538,805.00, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0- <br /> Nays. The board briefly discussed current IT Services and discussed entering into a 3- <br /> Year IT Services Agreement with the current vendor Marion Computers. Mr. Klein <br /> moved to approve a 3-year IT Services Agreement with Marion Computers, <br /> seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn reviewed the <br /> draft Travel Policy as revised on July 11, 2024. After a brief discussion, Mr. Shackett <br /> moved to approve the revised Travel Policy, seconded by Ms. Meizinger. Motion <br /> carried. 4-Ayes 0-Nays. The board then reviewed the draft Smoking Policy. Ms. <br /> Meizinger moved to approve the revised Smoking Policy, seconded by Mr. Klein. <br /> Motion carried. 4-Ayes, O-Nays. Ms. Conn presented the EOHLC Great Cove <br /> Community (GC } Compliance Audit, as conducted by FinePoint Associates, LLC. s® <br /> Meizinger moved to accept the EOHLC GCC Compliance it to June 19, <br /> 2024, as presented, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. <br /> Conn then presented the Barnstable County Home Consortium(BCHC) GCC <br />
