MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 25, 2024 <br /> Mr. Morris asked if there is a new door being installed. Mr. Dibb said that the existing deck has <br /> no outside access. <br /> There were no more questions from the Board. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Ms. Sangeleer, so moved, and <br /> second. All were in favor to close the public hearing. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owners, Matthew David <br /> Hudson and Carol Marie Hudson under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for <br /> construction of a stairway to access an existing deck, and add a screened in deck with a screened <br /> in porch below on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 106, Parcel 8, Mashpee, MA <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Prepared for: Matthew Hudson, Project: 75 Popponesset Island Road, Date: <br /> July 23, 2024, Revised: 8/14/24: Revised mitigation calculations, 8/22/24: Revisions per <br /> Agent. Conditioned that the applicant seek and obtain the Building Department review in reference <br /> to the Tree Bylaw Chapter 175 of the Town Bylaws prior to the application of a building <br /> permit. <br /> 7.
