MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> SEPTEMBER 25, 2024 <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owners, Craig Jordan Chaffee <br /> and Marybeth Chaffee under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for removal of <br /> an existing deck to be replaced with a new front porch, and a new second floor addition to a pre- <br /> existing, nonconforming structure on property located in an R-3 and Little Neck Bay Cluster <br /> Subdivision, Map 120, Parcel 170, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written Finding <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan—Prepared for: Craig and Marybeth Chaffee, Project: 11 Waterline Drive North, <br /> Date: June 5, 2024, Prepared by Cape & Islands Engineering, Stamped and signed by: <br /> Matthew Costa,No: 52282 and Charles Rowland, Civil Engineer,No.: 52699. <br /> 3. Proposed Addition:The Chaffee Residence,Date: October 27,2023,EX1.1: EX First Floor <br /> Plan, Al.1: First Floor Plan,A1.2: Second Floor Plan, A2.1: Elevations, A2.2: Elevations. <br /> Prepared by HPA Design, Inc. Architects. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including but not <br /> limited to the Board of Health and Conservation Department comments. <br /> 5. Any changes to the plans will require the applicant to return to this Board. <br /> 6. Conditioned that the applicant seek and obtain the Building Department review in reference <br /> to the Tree Bylaw Chapter 175 of the Town Bylaws prior to the application of a building <br /> permit. <br /> 7.
