Mr. Colombo seeks clarification on the health of the trees slated for removal. Mr. <br /> Sarkisian assures the commissioners that the majority of the trees are in good health. <br /> Furthermore, he emphasizes the engagement of a licensed and insured contractor proficient in <br /> tree removal for the project. <br /> There are no public comments. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Dalton for a negative determination. Rep: Shay <br /> Environmental. <br /> f �.u+: �. <br /> Mr. Shay—The property currently has 2 failed cesspools and am proposing to replace <br /> with a new VA septic system upgrade. He notes the property is located within a ten flood zone <br /> and natural resource areas are 100+ feet from the site. There will be a 3 bedroom leaching field <br /> which will be raised approximately 1 foot above the current grade of the front yard surround by a <br /> retainer wall. <br /> AGENT COMMENTS <br /> Mr. McManus, agrees with the presented proposal adding the location of the septic will be in an <br /> area previously disturbed and recommends the condition that the re-established lawn from the <br /> excavation meets the Town of Mashpee Bylaws for lawn standards. <br /> There are no commissioners' comments or public comments. <br /> Motion made by Mr. Dalton for a negative determination with the coordination of the <br /> Conservation office on replacement of the lawn.
