The Agent recommends that the volunteer present the proposal to the Town Manager and the Community Garden Advisory Committee. The chairman clarifies that the Commission oversees pollinator gardens, not community gardens or areas beyond that scope. The Commission has decided to add the request to the next agenda for a vote on supporting Mr. Fahad's request. Motion is made by Mr. Weeden to place Mr. Fahad request on the next available agenda(9/22/22). Motion seconded by Ms. Clapprood. He mentions the total lot area is 6500 sgft and the initial plan has been updated to require less fill (26 units) which eliminates the need for retaining walls. Additionally, suggestions have been made to enhance stormwater runoff management in lower-lying sections of the site. COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS Mr. Colombo seeks confirmation that the working limit extends to 9 feet. The representative confirms this detail. Additionally, they discussed the removal of two tree stumps situated at the front of the deck, leaving the remaining contour at 10 feet. Ms. Clapprood asks whether the updated plan and project description have been received.
