• The proposed project involves the property line intersecting with the adjacent property <br /> owner's float. Has any discussion taken place regarding this matter? <br /> o No, there has been no discussion. <br /> o The Agent confirms that the abutters have been notified via Certified mail about <br /> the issue. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> AGENT COMMENTS <br /> • The original proposal, along with current documentation and a letter from the Division of <br /> Marine Fisheries, confirms that 50% of the pier over the salt marsh will consist of <br /> composite grading. This design allows sunlight penetration. <br /> • The project complies with performance standards under Regulation 27.
