Furbush, Board Members, Ron Bonvie, Scott Goldstein, barman J. <br /> Gould, and Associate Members George Ganzenmuller, Charlie Reidy, Brad Pittsley, and Robert <br /> Caggiano were present. Building Commissioner, David Morris was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being <br /> televised live on Mashpee Tv. He will take public comments after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> Sitting on this hearing are the three regular Board members as well as Mr. Pittsley and Mr. <br /> Ganzenmuller. <br /> 131 Industrial Drive: Petitioner, Preventive Maintenance requests a Special Permit under <br /> §174-25 (F) (3) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an automotive and auto body repair business <br /> on property located in an I-1 and R-3 Zoning District, Map 88 Parcel 99,Mashpee, MA. (Owner <br /> of Record: James M. Kerrigan, Trustee of RSJ Fealty Trust). (Continuedfrom August 24, 2022 <br /> hearings at the request of the Attorney). <br /> Attorney Rob Mills represented Mr. Jim Kerrigan who is the owner of the property, and Mr. <br /> Kyle Bugg who is the business owner of Preventive Maintenance. Mr. Bugg has been operating <br /> his auto repair business for twelve years at another building located in the same area. Attorney <br /> Mills provided the Board with a site plan, a floor plans a fire suppression plan, and a tight tank <br /> plan that was filed with the Board of Health. The lot size is 75,794 sq. f1. The building is 7,440 <br /> sq. ft., and has 9.8% lot coverage which is well within the bylaw requirements. There are eleven <br /> parking spaces which is significantly more than the bylaw requirements. The business consists <br /> of a one construction bay in the building.It has four vehicle lifts,and a spray booth for auto body <br /> repair. The fire suppression system has been installed,inspected,and approved by the Fire Chief. <br /> The Board of Health Agent requested a tight tank plan, and was submitted to this Board. The <br /> applicant will be meeting with the Board of Health for their approval as well. The Conservation <br /> Commission had no comments. <br /> Attorney Mills said that the auto body repair business is very minimal, and the business owner <br /> has no other employees. He stated that what is presented to the Board meets all the conditions of <br /> a Special Permit. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that he had a conversation with the Board of Health Agent, who was <br /> satisfied with the revised tight tank plan; and the comments submitted by the Fire Chief stating <br /> he was also Satisfied. <br /> 1 <br />
