'Mr. 'Furbush mentioned -the comment submitted 'by the Board of Health Agent regard1n.g the noisome trade. lie also mentioned that the business was operating well over a year, and he 11 wanted to confirm there were no other 'issues since the business abuts a residential area. Mr. Reidy read an email dated Septeni.ber 12, 2022 from.Fire Chief Jack Phelan .into the record, the Board of Health comments, and the Conservation Department comments. There were no more comm-ents from the Board or audience, Mr. Bonvie -made a mo-tion that the Board issue a Special Penn it to Petitioner, Preventive Maintenance, 131 Ind-ustr1al 'Drive under §174-25 (F) (3) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for an. automotive and auto body repair business on property located in an 1-1. and, R-3 Zoning Di.strwt, Map 88 Parcel 99, Mashpee, 'MA.
