Collins, Town Manager <br /> Dave called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. <br /> CONTINUED HEARING <br /> 9:00 am Protect Address: 77 Echo Rd. <br /> Business name: Alfieri Tree Care <br /> Agent/Owner: Owner, Pamela M. Gangemi <br /> Architect/Engineer: Cape and Islands Engineering, Inc. <br /> Request: Contractor yard use under §174-25 G (13) and §174-24 (C) (2) of <br /> the Zoning Bylaws. No buildings proposed. (ZBA hearing is scheduled for <br /> Wednesday, June 12, 2024). <br /> Mr. Raul Lizardi, Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant. At the last <br /> meeting, the Committee requested revised changes to the site plan and had some <br /> conditions to review. Mr. Lizardi stated that O&M was revised, and signed by the applicant <br /> and is attached to the Stormwater Report. He confirmed with the Town Planner that pods <br /> and storage units are not allowed in the 1-1 Zoning District, and those Conex units have <br /> been removed from the plan. The plan was revised to depict the layout of the landscape <br /> material storage areas that include logs, mulch, and wood chips. There are no storage <br /> units, just bin areas for storage. There will be storage of hardwood logs, and soft wood <br /> logs. As requested from the previous meeting, the soft wood logs will be stored closer to <br /> the street away from the open space located in the rear of the property to prevent <br /> propagation of beetles and insects. <br />
