<br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Interim Management. Jim Long reported that Lynne Waterman will be the interim <br />Director upon his retirement. January 25 will be Jim’s last day. <br /> <br />Activity Coordinator/Volunteer Assistant <br /> <br />The hiring of the Activity Coordinator/Volunteer Assistant should help in the transition. <br /> <br />Microwave. <br /> <br />A new microwave has been bought and the problem with the stove has been resolved. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> <br />Jim said that AARP does tax returns for the seniors and they were looking for a wireless <br />printer. A printer was ordered for their use. <br /> <br />The desk space is being evaluated as well as the recruitment of volunteer drivers. <br /> <br />The budget for 2013 is due and an additional 6 ½ hours for drivers on Fridays will be <br />added to the budget request. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion: Jeanne Noussee moved to adjourn, seconded by Jeanne Noussee.
