Paul asked that <br /> the Memo from the Town Planner be referenced on the January <br /> 10 , 1995 Agenda. <br /> i <br /> With regard to the continued discussion of Committee short and <br /> long term goals and tasks , Steve offered to work on a project <br /> and suggested picking 1 or 2 things to be completed by January. <br /> Paul asked for help with the survey, and Steve volunteered. <br /> Paul noted that he was pleased that Wayne communicated the <br /> inquiries via the building inspector to EDC. Steve suggested <br /> contacting Jim O' Connell (CCC) re: the pre-permitting process, <br /> and Ted stated that the Commission is already working on <br /> "fast-tracking. " Sid noted that the CCC is the first step in <br /> the process, and they set the conditions ( i .e. requiring a <br /> traffic light, etc. , for pre--permitting) . Steve noted re: <br /> research and marketing Southport, Mashpee needs a hotel in town. <br /> Sid stated that RTC owns it, it is in bankrupcy court, and he <br /> can try to find out more information.
