Read <br /> Chairman Jim Wills called the meeting to order at 4:04 PM. <br /> REVIEW OF MINUTES <br /> The Committee unanimously approved as submitted the minutes from the FDIC meeting <br /> held on Tuesday, May 1, 2007. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Discussion with Mashpee Business Owners <br /> 1. David Nailor, business owner of The Comfort Man with offices located at 67 <br /> Industrial Drive, property#88 28 on the Zoning District map, introduced himself to the <br /> Committee. Rene Read welcomed him to the meeting and stated that the Committee <br /> had mailed out letters to the business owners located in the Industrial Park, inviting <br /> them to the meeting today in order to hear from them their questions, concerns, and any <br /> suggestions as to ways in which the Town of Mashpee could help them improve and/or <br /> expand their business operations. Rene Read further explained that the Committee is <br /> interested in determining whether there are any impediments to operating and <br /> expanding in the Industrial Park, and if so, whether the Town can do anything to <br /> improve that situation. <br /> David Nailor stated that he had been at his present location for about six years, that he <br /> is pleased with the conditions of the park and in general has no complaints about it. <br /> He stated that the new Industrial Drive entrance connecting to Great Neck Road South <br /> would be great for his company because the bulk of his business was in New Seabury. <br /> Mr. Nailor inquired as to a possible need for a storage facility or distribution center in the <br /> Industrial Park. He also complained briefly about the regulatory hurdles created by the <br /> Cape Cod Commission. <br /> 2. Phone Call from Charles Rogers <br /> Rene Read reported on a phone conversation with Charles Rogers, who owns Rogers & <br /> Marny, a dry wail and masonry supply business. Mr. Rogers owns the entire Romar <br /> Development which is directly adjacent to the Industrial Paris. Mr. Rogers told Rene <br /> Read that he had no questions at this point. He hoped that any future buildings that <br /> move into the Park would look presentable, and he is trying to make his building look the <br /> same. Mr. Rogers owns half a dozen lots in the Industrial Paris, which he has not <br /> developed. <br /> Joe Noonan stated that he was disappointed in the poor response to the letter sent to <br />
