the business owners in the Industrial Park. He suggested that the Committee conduct a site visit to the Industrial Park, and personally meet some of the business owners. He inquired as to whether there were any expired lease approvals on the vacant lots in the Industrial Park. Rene Read will look into this. Rene Read felt that the committee could only assume that the Industrial Park property owners are happy, since no one showed up to complain. Joe Noonan suggested that the Board do a site visit. The Board appointed Joe Noonan and Bob Cobuui as a subcommittee to conduct a door-to-door visit to the Industrial Park property owners, to introduce themselves and the FDIC, and try to get a better picture of prospects for future development in the Park. Rene Read will prepare an introductory letter for the subcommittee members to present to the property owners. OLD BUSINESS A. Election of Vice Chairman it was moved and seconded that .foe Noonan be nominated as Vice Chairman of the FDIC. The motion was unanimously approved by the Committee. B. Board of Selectmen's Meeting June 18, 2007. The next meeting of the Board of Selectmen is scheduled for 6118107. The EDIC is on the meeting agenda for 6:40 PM. EDIC members will plan to attend. Rene Read will prepare a report on the FDIC activity to date for presentation at the meeting. Richard Dalton will be notified of the 6/18107 BOS meeting. C. EDIC Website Rene Read distributed copies of the EDIC website. The suggestion was made to add a direct phone number at Town Hall to call for more information. Rene Read agreed to add his phone extension to the Town Hall main number on the Web Site page. The email address will be included: edic.ci:ma.us.
