Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to advise Town Counsel this Board would like the situation resolved as quickly as possible. 7 . ) Letter to Town Counsel re: Salzer case - Mr. McQuaid presented a copy of the letter forwarded to Town Counsel per the Board's request. Acknowledged. APPOINTMENT: Norman Grossman - "Willowbend" Mr. Norman Grossman, P.E. and Mr. Mark Pere were in at- tendance for this scheduled appointment. Mr. Grossman informed Board members he is present this evening to discuss the proposed model homes and to brief the Board on the progress of the treatment plant. Mr. McQuaid relayed, "New proposals for the "Willowbend" complex include a swimming pool, tennis court and a clubhouse. " Mr. Grossman stated, "Four model homes with holding tanks are proposed. " "There is an existing home, which will be converted into a sales office, that has a Title V system which will be utilized by sales personnel and perspective buyers. " "The proposal, which has been filed with the State, indicates the location of the proposed treatment plant. " "The leaching field will be placed beneath the driving range. " "The tennis court and pool complex will be con- structed in one of two proposed sites. " "We met with the , Planning Board for a preliminary discussion, no definitive plan was filed. " Mr. Pere stated, "We have received full conceptual ap- proval for the engineering report and the hydrological study for the treatment plant. " "Application and plans were admin- istratively complete and are in the process of completing the technical review. " "We did receive a draft permit. " I
