MINUTES February 4, 1993 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> T AC Roundtable Meeting, 2 11 93 - Mr. Greelish will attend <br /> the meeting. <br /> Barnstable Health Services _Meeting. 2/11/93 - Mr. Doherty <br /> will attend. <br /> AT SR Risk Assessment Meeting p Middle School___ 7:AO_p.m. ., <br /> 2/11/93 - Mr. Ball and Mr. Evans will attend. <br /> Board meeting, 2/11/93? - Board members agreed to cancel <br /> next weeks meeting. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> Lagoon Violation - Mr. Greelish relayed Town Counsel has <br /> postponed meeting with the Attorney General as we received a <br /> copy of the consent order against Lakeville. "We are re- <br /> questing the State permit the lagoons to remain open for 18 <br /> months or formulate a contract with Yarmouth to accept ap- <br /> proximately 26,000 gallons a week @ . 15/gallon. 1" "Total <br /> costs would average $410. 00. 11 "Another alternative is to <br /> contract with a tanker which would be placed at the <br /> landfill. " "We do expect the Base to be on line by January, <br /> 1995. <br /> At this time, (8:04: ) , Mr. Greelish motioned to enter into ' <br /> Executive Session, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> The meeting reconvened at 8:11 p.m. <br /> I <br /> Request for Landfill Sticker <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Board members the owner of a condo- <br /> minium in the Deer Crossing complex is requesting permission <br /> to obtain a landfill sticker. "The owner currently resides <br /> in Cotuit and is leasing the condominium. "' ' <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to notify the , owner <br /> this Board cannot approve the issuance of a landfill sticker <br /> as it would be in violation of the "Refuse Regulation" . <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to deny the request for a landfill <br /> sticker, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br />
