Greelish, Steven R. Bail and <br /> John T. Doherty <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Stephen J. Greelish, Chairman <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "Executive Session has been called <br /> in order to discuss the Salzer litigation, incident at the <br /> lagoon area of the landfill and the Assistant Health Agent's <br /> step increase." <br /> i <br /> Salzer litigation.: <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Salzer litigation scheduled for <br /> February 19, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. is still on. " <br /> Board members acknowledged the information. <br /> Assistant Health Agent's step increase: <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I have completed Mr. Evans evalua- <br /> tion and Mr. Greelish has reviewed it. " <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "I recommend wholeheartedly that <br /> this Board approve Mr. Evans step increase. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant a step increase for Mr. Evans <br /> effective February 18 , 1993 , Mr. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> Incident at the Lagoon area: <br /> Mr. Doherty stepped down from this discussion as he <br /> found it to be a conflict of interest. <br />
