Greelish, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed <br /> 2. ) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of February <br /> 18, 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Greelish stated this Board will await approving the <br /> Executive Session minutes of February 18, 1993 until all <br /> Board members are in attendance. <br /> 3 . ) Memo from Z.B.A. Picnic Box - Mr. Greelish di- <br /> rected Mr. McQuaid to forward a memo to the Z.B.A. stating <br /> this Board has no comments on the matter however, we do ac- <br /> knowledge that there is a potential traffic hazard. <br /> 4 . ) Letter from D.E.P. _ re: Site Assessment/Scone of Work <br /> approval - Acknowledged. , <br /> 5. ) Copy of report toD.E.P. re; Solid Wagtp & Recycling - <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> 6 . ) La oon Transfer Station & Landfill inspection reports -- <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented, "The only deficiency noted was the <br /> white goods pile. " "Zion Metal has been contacted to remove <br /> the metals. " <br /> 7. ) Variance requests, 20 Kim Path gnd6 Overlook Knoll <br /> i <br /> 20 KIM PATH - Mr. McQuaid relayed this is a voluntary up- <br /> grade. "The engineer is requesting the Board's consideration <br /> in granting local variances with the stipulation the Water <br /> District verify abutters tied into public water. " "There is <br /> 4' of permeable soil between the bottom of the leaching fa- <br /> cility and the adjusted groundwater. " <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned whether the voluntary upgrade <br /> was in anticipation of an expansion. <br /> I <br />
