"I am unsure as to how a building <br /> permit was obtained. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "In my conversations with Mr. <br /> Zeppenfeld the addition was not mentioned. " "He mentioned <br /> the system did not go in directly according to plans there- <br /> fore, variances were necessary. " "Mr. Zeppenfeld did indi- <br /> cate the invert to the pit was below the bottom of the slab. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "This Board got the impression <br /> the invert was above the foundation. " <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld stated, "The invert is below the founda- <br /> tion." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "The, calculations for the invert are <br /> incorrect. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to continue this variance request <br /> pending corrections to the invert calculations, ' Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> { <br />
