i <br /> MINUTES February 25, 1993 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The number of bedrooms could not be <br /> increased as the system is at total capacity. " <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "I would not object to variance ap- <br /> proval providing the engineer verify those abutters on public <br /> water, delineate abutting wells within 150' of the proposed <br /> upgrade and the owner agree to sign the affidavit which <br /> stipulates no increase in habitable space. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as requested <br /> with the stipulation the engineer verify abutters on public <br /> water, the engineer delineate abutting wells within 1501 of <br /> the proposed upgrade and the owner sign the affidavit which <br /> stipulates no increase in habitable space, Mr. Greelish sec- <br /> onded. <br /> APPOINTMENT: New Seabury Engineering - 24 Periwinkel Lane <br /> Mr. Brian Zeppenfeld was in attendance representing New <br /> Seabury Engineering. <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Zeppenfeld as to why the <br /> i <br /> system was not installed according to plans approved by this <br /> office. <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld stated the proposed addition was not <br /> noted on original plans. "I am unsure as to how a building <br /> permit was obtained. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "In my conversations with Mr. <br /> Zeppenfeld the addition was not mentioned. " "He mentioned <br /> the system did not go in directly according to plans there- <br /> fore, variances were necessary. " "Mr. Zeppenfeld did indi- <br /> cate the invert to the pit was below the bottom of the slab. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "This Board got the impression <br /> the invert was above the foundation. " <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld stated, "The invert is below the founda- <br /> tion." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "The, calculations for the invert are <br /> incorrect. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to continue this variance request <br /> pending corrections to the invert calculations, ' Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded, all agreed. <br /> { <br />
