Doherty <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. Stephen J. Greelish, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2. ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the Executive Session min- <br /> utes of February 18, 1993, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to declassify the Executive Session <br /> minutes of February 18, 1993 , Mr. Doherty seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> The February 25, 1993 minutes were not prepared for ap- <br /> proval at this time. r # ` <br /> ' e <br /> New Seabury -En 24 Periwinkel Lane ` <br /> s . <br /> Mr. Brian Zeppenfeld, representing New Seabury Engineer--' <br /> ing, was in attendance for discussion. <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld{ presented invert calculations as re- <br /> quested by this Board. ' - "Invert calculations are well _ below <br /> the bottom floor. " <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Zeppenfeld as to whether <br /> some portion of the basement is full. <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld responded, "It's totally occupied base- <br /> ment space. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "The pit now only has 13' <br /> separation from the foundation. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "In my opinion I don't think the <br /> lateral flow will affect any health hazards in the basement. " <br />
