Lakeside <br /> Trailer Park - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The most recent letter <br /> dated February 1st to Mr. Haney from this Board stated we are <br /> looking forward to meeting with you and with your engineer to <br /> review the comprehensive study of the septic systems and wa- <br /> ter supply. "No time frame was indicated in the letter. " <br /> "Mr. Haney is currently operating without a license. " <br /> Mr. Doherty directed Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to <br /> Mr. Haney allotting a 14 day time frame from this date to <br /> produce the report. <br /> 4 . ) Letter from Town Counsel re: Local Enforcement Tech- <br /> niques - Acknowledged. <br /> 5,6 & 7. ) Copies of Inspection Report, Sea o al Liquor Lic. - <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "One of the Selectmen questioned whether <br /> the Board of Health could do anything to limit the number of <br /> noise complaints received by the Selectmen's office from <br /> residents in the Popponesset Inn area. " "I reviewed our <br /> records and indicated on each liquor license that has seating <br /> what the seating capacity is based on the septic system. " <br /> "The facility was inspected by the Building Inspector, temp. <br /> Fire Chief and myself. " "Subsequently, I informed Mr. Zammer <br /> the seating capacity may be addressed at the upcoming <br /> Selectmen's meeting. " "They may be required to do something <br /> about the additional functions held at the Inn i.e. , wed- <br /> dings, etc. . " "In speaking with Michael Grotske I recom- <br /> mended he forward New Seabury's point of view on what the <br /> septic system capacity is.
