s TOWN OF MASHPEE BOARD OF HEALTH March 25, 1993 Meeting called to order at 7: 00 p.m. Members present: Steven R. Ball and John T. Doherty THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING, IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. Mr. Steven R. Lakeside Trailer Park - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The most recent letter dated February 1st to Mr. Haney from this Board stated we are looking forward to meeting with you and with your engineer to review the comprehensive study of the septic systems and wa- ter supply. "No time frame was indicated in the letter. " "Mr. Haney is currently operating without a license. " Mr. Doherty directed Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to Mr. Haney allotting a 14 day time frame from this date to produce the report. 4 . ) Letter from Town Counsel re: Local Enforcement Tech- niques - Acknowledged. 5,6 & 7. ) Copies of Inspection Report, Sea o al Liquor Lic. - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "One of the Selectmen questioned whether the Board of Health could do anything to limit the number of noise complaints received by the Selectmen's office from residents in the Popponesset Inn area. " "I reviewed our records and indicated on each liquor license that has seating what the seating capacity is based on the septic system. " "The facility was inspected by the Building Inspector, temp. Fire Chief and myself. " "Subsequently, I informed Mr. Zammer the seating capacity may be addressed at the upcoming Selectmen's meeting. " "They may be required to do something about the additional functions held at the Inn i.e. , wed- dings, etc. . " "In speaking with Michael Grotske I recom- mended he forward New Seabury's point of view on what the septic system capacity is.
