"The issue of capacity was never brought up therefore <br /> the memo I prepared was not submitted. " "I am requesting the <br /> Board's approval in forwarding the memo if necessitated." <br /> Board members approved the memo as written and agreed to <br /> forward it if necessitated. <br /> 8. ) Letter from Mr. Schiller re: Occupancy Permit, 77 <br /> Punk horn Point - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The septic permit was <br /> issued to Randolph Harnois 1989. " "Mr. Harnois installed the <br /> system however, he is no longer licensed. " "The owner is un- <br /> able to contact him to submit the "As Built" card. " "The en- <br /> gineer submitted the "As Built" card and has requested Board <br /> members authorize sign-off on the occupancy permit without <br /> the installer's card. " "In my opinion, as we do have the <br /> engineer's card signed with the "As Built" drawing on the <br /> back the Board authorize sign-off on the occupancy permit. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to authorize Mr. McQuaid to sign-off <br /> on the occupancy permit, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 9. ) Letter from Town of Stoughton re: Waste Bans - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "This letter is requesting the Board contact <br /> our State Representative to voice our concern about complying <br /> with the State waste bans. " <br /> Mr. Ball directed Mr. McQuaid to contact Mr. Farrington <br /> and relay that this Board trusts the State will be tolerant <br /> in the public's learning curve. " <br /> 10. ) Variance request: 4 Fawn Road and 207 Monomosco Road - <br /> 4 FAWN ROAD - Mr. McQuaid informed Board members, "The owner <br /> is requesting a 42' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> well to the proposed on-site leaching facility, a 37' local <br /> variance from abutting septic, (#105 Santuit Pond Road) to <br /> the on-site well, a 42' local variance from the proposed <br /> on-site leaching facility to abutting well, (#8 Fawn Road) <br /> and a 33' local variance from abutting well, (#105 Santuit <br /> Pond Road) , to the proposed on-site leaching facility. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the variances as stated by <br /> Mr. McQuaid, Mr. Ball seconded. <br /> 207 MONOMOSCOY ROAD - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is an engi- <br /> neered repair plan. " "The owner is requesting a 30' local <br /> variance from the abutting well, (#15 Overland Road) , to the <br /> proposed on-site leaching facility. " "The well located , on <br /> #14 Overland Road has been abandoned. " . <br />
