" <br /> APPOINTMENT: Weston & Sampson - Facility Plan/Landfill <br /> Mr. Michael Hanlon and Mr. Michael Scipione, representa- <br /> tives of Weston & Sampson, were in attendance for this sched- <br /> uled appointment. <br /> Mr. Greelish relayed, "Groundwater sampling results were <br /> received by this office. " <br /> Mr. Scipione presented copies of their most recent de- <br /> tailed groundwater sampling table, a copy of which was for- <br /> warded to D.E.P. . <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "D.E.P. and the Attorney <br /> General's office have not found a convenient time to re-meet <br /> with this Board and Otis. " <br /> NOTICE OF INTENT - Mr. Greelish relayed, ."It is this Board's <br /> understanding that Weston & Sampson are recommending the town <br /> withdraw. <br /> Mr. Scipione responded, "That is correct. " <br /> At this time Mr. Greelish forwarded his signature to the <br /> "Notice of Termination" for the storm water discharge permit. <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned whether the State has fulfilled <br /> their requirement to submit a program. <br /> Mr. Scipione responded, "Not on this. " "When the <br /> regulations first came out the landfill was exempt. " "Subse- <br /> quently, regulations were amended to include all landfills. " <br /> "We submitted an intent, ' on behalf on the town, to comply <br /> with the regulations. " <br /> LETTER FROM D.E.P. RE: POTENTIAL FUNDING - Mr. Greelish <br /> stated, "D.E.P. is requesting submission by April 16, 1993 . " <br /> Mr. Scipione ensured Board members the request for fund- <br /> ing will be forwarded by April 16 , 1993 . " <br /> HYDRO-GEO 21E & 21H - Mr. Greelish stated, "Funding was ap- <br /> propriated at the 1991 Annual Town Meeting." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "I attended a meeting last Tuesday <br /> with D.E.R. , representatives from Sandwich, and Rep.
