" "We have been working on a system which <br /> would automate the front end of it. " <br /> Discussion took place regarding the white goods area. <br /> Mr. Greelish explained to Mr. Paltz the current method used <br /> for white goods removal and reimbursement procedures and in- <br /> formed Mr. Paltz this Board would like B.F. I . to broker the <br /> white goods with reimbursement to be applied directly towards <br /> the recycling bill. " <br /> Mr. Greelish requested Mr. Paltz to prepare a final <br /> draft of the contractual agreement for this Board's review. <br /> Mr. Paltz agreed. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the agreement time <br /> frame. <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended a 2 year contract with a 3 year <br /> renewable annually totalling 5 years. <br /> Mr. Paltz relayed, "I would like to reserve the right to <br /> change my hauling rates should the market change dra- <br /> matically. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid reminded Mr. Paltz to include in the con- <br /> tract fees for monitoring as it will ensure marketable <br /> recyclables. <br /> Mr. Paltz stated, "Recyclables will be removed no later <br /> than 48 hours from time of notification.
