= T <br /> MINUTES April 8, 1993 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to produce a warrant article for the <br /> May 1993 Annual Town Meeting rescinding the $100,000.00 which <br /> was appropriated at the May 1991 Annual Town Meeting for a <br /> study of the pilot septage treatment plant with the under- <br /> standing if, within the next fiscal year, this Board is re- <br /> quired to provide funds to the military it will be considered <br /> as a separate article, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to submit a warrant article for the <br /> May 1993 Annual Town Meeting which requests a transfer of all <br /> funds accumulated through principal and interest from the <br /> $100,000. 00 appropriation at the May 1991 Annual Town Meet- <br /> ing, Article 8, to the hydrogeologic account currently under <br /> the jurisdiction of the Board of Health, Mr. Ball seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Robert Fox - Commercial Sticker <br /> Mr. Fox was in attendance for this scheduled appointment <br /> Mr. Fox explained, "I am a builder and provide dumpsters <br /> at the site 900 of the time however, when a small remodeling <br /> job is completed I would like to dispose of the debris at the <br /> landfill. " <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Mr. Fox, "In order to dispose of <br /> the construction debris at the landfill he will be required <br /> to obtain a commercial sticker. " "Disposal of household <br /> trash will require a residential sticker. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to issue a 1993 commercial sticker <br /> to Mr. Robert Fox as requested, Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jeff Young - Commercial Sticker <br /> Mr. Young did not attend the meeting as scheduled. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Chris Norcott - Commercial Sticker <br /> Mr. Norcott was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. Norcott explained, "I have a one ton dumptruck and <br /> wish to dispose of landscaping debris.
