Greelish, Chairman <br /> 1 . ) Warrants signed <br /> 2 . ) Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of April 15, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Dino & Spiro Mitrokostas - Water Supply <br /> Mr. Dino Mitrokostas and Mr. Spiro Mitrokostas were in <br /> attendance For this scheduled appointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Mr. Dino and Mr. Spiro Mitrokostas <br /> that the Board has requested their attendance in order dis- <br /> cuss public water hookup. "It is the Board's opinion that <br /> public water is closely monitored and safer than a <br /> non-community public well . " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "When the complex was being con- <br /> structed I was under the impression we had an agreement that <br /> once town water becomes available the well would be aban- <br /> doned. " <br /> Mr. Spiro Mitrokostas responded, "There are connections <br /> from the exterior of the building to the street however, <br /> separate meters for each rental unit have not been <br /> installed. " "We have not worked out the tenant and Water <br /> District issues as of yet however, we anticipate hookup by <br /> September. " "We are submitting quarterly reports as mandated <br /> by the State. " "I am a certified water operator. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid recommended either Mr. Dino or Mr. Spiro <br /> 'Mitrokostas submit a letter stating the approximate time they <br /> intend to tie into public water. <br /> Mr. Spiro Mitrokostas agreed to submit a letter of in- <br /> tent. , <br /> � { 6 <br /> i <br /> F <br />
