r f <br /> MINUTES April 20, 1993 2 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 3. ) Letter from Town of Yarmouth re: Intermunici 1 Se to e <br /> Agreement - Acknowledged. <br /> 4 . ) Correspondence from Field's Point & Canco re: Grease <br /> Traps - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Canco was under the impression <br /> they had received approval to dispose of grease at the <br /> Dennis/Yarmouth plant. " "The Yarmouth treatment plant op- <br /> erator will not permit the disposal of grease from Mashpee at <br /> this time. " "Canco is currently held to a contractual agree- <br /> ment with Fields Point to dispose of the grease however, are <br /> unable to locate a facility that will accept it. " <br /> Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to contact D.E.P. and <br /> request they provide a list of all approved sites for grease <br /> disposal. <br /> 5. ) Landfill Closure Grant Application - Dept. of Agricul- <br /> ture - Acknowledged. <br /> 6. ) Hydro-geo contract w/Weston & Sampson. (for signature) - <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the contractual <br /> agreement. <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "Town Counsel will review the con- <br /> tract as to form. <br /> 7. ) Wa uoit Bay No Discharge Application - Mr. McQuaid re- <br /> layed, "The Selectmen and the Conservation Commission did not <br /> receive a copy. " <br /> Board members will review the information. <br /> 8. ) Federal Septic System Repair Grant Alert - Mr. McQuaid <br /> requested. Board members agree to publicize the grant informa- <br /> tion. <br /> Board members agreed to Mr. McQuaid's request. <br /> 9. ) Temporary Food Stand Application, Rand Harnois - Mr. <br /> Evans relayed, "I inspected the unit and found it to meet all <br /> the State and local requirements. " "The owner is requesting <br /> a three day permit and will be charged $25.00 for each day of <br /> operation. " "I would recommend permit approval. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to issue a 3 day temporary mobile <br /> food unit license to Mr. Randolph Harnois, Mr. Ball seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> 10. ) Copy of letter to from the Building Inspector re: Smok- <br /> ing - Acknowledged. <br />
