Greelish, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2. ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of April 15, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of the Spe- <br /> cial Meeting held April 6, 1993 , Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 3 . ) Memo from School Superintendent re: No smoking policy - <br /> Board members agreed to forward a memo to the School Supt. <br /> stating this Board supports the no smoking policy within the <br /> building however, withholds their support for no smoking on <br /> the grounds. <br /> 4 . ) Response from N.H.P. re: Water Supply at M.U.C.V. -- <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "We must ensure Mr. Bannan complies with <br /> the periodic update. " <br /> Board members agreed to request Mr. Bannan provide the <br /> Board with an update every six months. <br /> 5. ) Letter from Town Counsel re: Salzer case - Acknowl- <br /> edged. <br /> 6 . ) Meeting confirmation w DEP & MMR 5 4 93 - Mr. Greelish <br /> relayed, "This is a continuation of our cordial discussions <br /> with D.E.P. and the Attorney General. " ' "I would recommend <br /> all Board members attend. " <br /> 7. ) Alternative septic systems workshop 4 28 93 - Acknowl- <br /> edged. <br />
