" "The upgrade <br /> meets Title V requirements. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant the leaching facility up- <br /> grade for units 63-64 Lakeside Trailer Park with the stipula- <br /> tion the owner of Lakeside Trailer Park fulfill all monetary <br /> obligations with the town of Mashpee, Mr. Ball seconded, all <br /> agreed. <br /> 6. ) Emergency failure certification - 8 Pocknomett Street <br /> and 115 Waterway - <br /> - $ POCKNOMETT STREET - Mr. Evans relayed, "I inspected the <br /> site and found the leach pit to be full. " "No chemicals were being uti- <br /> lized with the exception of a few containers of paint thin- <br /> ner, paint stripper and paint cans which did not ,appear to <br /> pose a health problem. " "The two pipes extending out of the <br /> window are tied into the furnace and were found to be ap- <br /> proved by the plumbing inspector. " <br /> Mr. 'McQuaid stated he would inform D.E.P. of the matter. <br /> isAcknowledged. <br />
