" "It was a small operation. " "No chemicals were being uti- lized with the exception of a few containers of paint thin- ner, paint stripper and paint cans which did not ,appear to pose a health problem. " "The two pipes extending out of the window are tied into the furnace and were found to be ap- proved by the plumbing inspector.
