Recycling - Con- <br /> tract - Mr. Greelish questioned Town Counsel's opinion of <br /> article 6 of the contract. "We would specifically want to <br /> have some basis of adjustment for the charges. " "Article 13 <br /> must be clarified. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a generic contract that <br /> B.F.I. uses. " <br /> Mr. Doherty agreed to review the contract and discuss it <br /> further with Town Counsel. <br /> 4 . ) V.N.A. contract for Signature - Mr. Ball motioned to <br /> accept the proposal submitted by the Visiting nurses Asso- <br /> ciation, (authorized at the May 3 , 1993 Annual Town Meeting) , <br /> for fiscal year 1994 in the amount of $18,800 .00, Mr. <br /> Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Tony Badala - Waste Hauler's license <br /> Mr. Tony Badala, representing the Waste Hauling firm of <br /> Advanced Waste Systems, Inc. , and Mr. David Pina, (Pina <br /> Sanitation) , were in attendance. <br /> + Mr. McQuaid relayed; "It came to our attention within <br /> the last 10 days that a waste hauler, had won the bid to oper- <br /> ate trash pickup in Popponesset. " "We received a call from a <br /> competitor questioning whether this company was licensed to <br /> operate. in town, which at that time they were not. " "Upon <br />
