" "As a result Mr. Badala is present this evening to request a license from this Board. " Mr. Bedala relayed, "We are a new company which will be- gin operations June 5, 1993 . " Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Balada if he is familiar with the transfer system. Mr. Badala responded, "Yes. " Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Badala as to what his com- pany is equipped with. Mr. Badala responded, "Initially we will have two roll-off trucks and two 31 yard rear-end load packers. " Mr. Greelish explained to Mr. Badala the regulation re- garding mixed loads. Mr. Badala relayed, "We are mainly interested in hauling commercial and full contract loads. " "Currently we are not soliciting for residential refuse. " Mr. Pina stated, "I am very much opposed to this new company. " "I have been doing business in Mashpee for over 25 years. " "Mr. Bedala stated he is not soliciting for residen- tial refuse however, I personally received a business post- card. " Mr. Pina stated, "Mr. Bedala has not met the Common- wealth of Massachusetts 159B.
