" <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Balada if he is familiar <br /> with the transfer system. <br /> Mr. Badala responded, "Yes. " <br /> Mr. Greelish questioned Mr. Badala as to what his com- <br /> pany is equipped with. <br /> Mr. Badala responded, "Initially we will have two <br /> roll-off trucks and two 31 yard rear-end load packers. " <br /> Mr. Greelish explained to Mr. Badala the regulation re- <br /> garding mixed loads. <br /> Mr. Badala relayed, "We are mainly interested in hauling <br /> commercial and full contract loads. " "Currently we are not <br /> soliciting for residential refuse. " <br /> Mr. Pina stated, "I am very much opposed to this new <br /> company. " "I have been doing business in Mashpee for over 25 <br /> years. " "Mr. Bedala stated he is not soliciting for residen- <br /> tial refuse however, I personally received a business post- <br /> card. " Mr. Pina stated, "Mr. Bedala has not met the Common- <br /> wealth of Massachusetts 159B. " <br /> Mr. Bedala explained, "I have received 'a State wide per- <br /> ' <br /> Mr. Doherty questioned Mr. Bedala as to whether he could <br /> provide the Board with a copy of the permit. <br /> Mr. Bedala responded, "I do not have a copy with me this <br /> evening. " <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "The Board of Health must inspect <br /> the equipment and we will request a copy of State certifica- <br /> tions. " "This Board cannot restrict business as long as the <br /> business is in compliance with all regulations. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant a 1993 Hauler's license <br /> to Advanced Waste Systems, Inc. as requested with the <br /> stipulation a representative of the company submit a copy of <br /> the Department of Public Utilities license, a $1000.00 bond <br /> is submitted to the town, all vehicles are inspected by an <br />
