" Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The Barnstable director of public works agreed that the town of Mashpee would be permitted to dispose of 6000 gallons of septage and/or grease a day pro- vided a 24 hour notice was given. " "Peter Doyle was willing to allow 3700 gallons per day with an anticipated increase in the near future. " Mr. Doherty directed Mr. McQuaid to research the matter. B.F.I. Recycling Contract Mr. Doherty relayed, "I reviewed Town Counsel's recom- mendations and presented them to Mr. Paltz . "" "It was agreed the recommendations would be reviewed by his firm and a re- sponse would be forthcoming in the next few weeks. " "If an agreement is reached Town Counsel will prepare an amendment to the proposed contract. " Acknowledged. Sandwich Mash ee Wastewater Pre--Treatment Plant Mr. Greelish relayed, "I attended a meeting with Peter Tancredi, C.D.M. to review cost estimates for modifications to the plant design and engineering charges. " "Sandwich has authorized C.D.M. to proceed and they will separately con- tract if necessary but have essentially ensured payment for those services. " "The purpose is to incorporate the changes into the original bid document so that they don't come through as change orders- in the plant design.
