MINUTES June 17 , 1993 3 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to grant the variances as stated by <br /> Mr. Evans with the stipulation the owner sign the affidavit <br /> which requires public. water tie-in once available, Mr. <br /> Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: S.J. DiMaggio - Brush and Contract renewal <br /> Mr. Doherty stepped down from this matter as he found it <br /> to be a conflict of interest. <br /> Mr. DiMaggio was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. DiMaggio stated, "The commercial hauler's are bring- <br /> ing in large amounts of brush. " "I have not in the past nor <br /> currently charge a fee for this brush however, due to the <br /> large amounts being brought in I would like to initiate a fee <br /> schedule. " "Landscapers bringing in grass and leave clip- <br /> pings and commercial sticker holders bringing in 3 cubic <br /> yards or less of brush will not be charged a fee. " "The fee <br /> schedule will be comparable to the existing one in effect. " <br /> Board members concluded that Mr. DiMaggio may initiate a <br /> fee schedule for those commercial sticker holders bringing in <br /> more than 3 cubic yards of brush. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Mr. DiMaggio his job performance <br /> at the Transfer Station/Landfill is excellent. <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to renew the Transfer <br /> Station/Landfill contractual agreement between the town of <br /> Mashpee and Mr. S. Joseph DiMaggio for fiscal year 1994, Mr. <br /> Ball seconded. <br /> At this time Mr. Doherty 'oined the meeting <br /> Being no further business Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this <br /> meeting at 8:50 p.m. , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Warden, Adm.
