TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> July 29 , 1993 <br /> Meeting called to order at 7: 00 p.m. <br /> Members present: John T. Doherty, Steven R. Ball and Stephen <br /> J. Greelish <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John T. Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. ) Warrants signed. <br /> 2 . ) Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I spoke with Town Counsel regard- <br /> ing Mr. Greelish's request to copy the tape of the meeting <br /> held July 8, 1993 ." "The Clerk of the Board has the right to <br /> copy the tape, as long as the minutes are not approved. " "If <br /> the minutes are approved it is the prerogative of the office <br /> policy to use the tape over or destroy it. " <br /> Mr. Greelish stated, "I would like to copy the tape of <br /> the July 8 , 1993 meeting. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of July 15, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> 3. ) Residential sticker applications , Michael Barcellos and <br /> Helen Kennedy - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "It has been our policy <br /> to approve sticker requests for any immediate family members <br /> temporarily residing at the dwelling. " <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "It has been this Board's policy <br /> that all special sticker approvals shall be at the Health <br /> Agents discretion." <br /> 4. ) Mano from Executive Secretary re: Town Meeting Article <br /> Deadline - Mr. Greelish stated, ,it would be prudent to sub- <br /> mit an article in the sum of $25,000.00 for engineering ser- <br /> vices pertaining to lagoon and landfill closure. " <br /> 5. ) Letter from Town Counsel re: Salzer Case - Acknowl- <br /> edged. <br /> 6. ) Variance re guest, 49 Hogan Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, <br /> "This is a pre-approved subdivision." "Due to the lot size <br /> the owner cannot meet the 150' well to -septic separation. '" <br /> i <br />
